Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visitation (MIECHV) Project Coordinator

The Arizona Coalition Against Domestic Violence (AzCADV) is a non-profit membership organization comprised of representatives from Domestic Violence programs and other concerned individuals and groups. The mission of the Coalition is to lead, to advocate, to educate, to collaborate, to end domestic violence in Arizona. AzCADV currently has one full-time MIECHV Project Coordinator position available. Starting salary is DOE.
The MICEHV Project Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the objectives and related activities of the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visitation Program including: training and serving as the staff liaison to home visitation programs across the 31 service areas, ensure that project deliverables are being met, modifying/developing appropriate training curriculum, attend relevant meetings, and coordinate with local, state, and national partners. The MIECHV Project Coordinator upholds the mission, vision and guiding principles of AzCADV.
Position requirements:
·       Bachelors degree in social work, public health, public policy, women’s studies, related field or two years of relevant domestic violence or social justice work;
·       Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently;
·       Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel statewide;
·       Computer literacy;
·       Public presentation and speaking skills;
·       Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within established time frames;
·       Demonstrated team building, problem solving, creative/ analytic thinking skills, and organization skills;
·       Ability to analyze systems and their potential impact on victims of domestic violence;
·       Proficient organizational skills enabling the management of project initiatives;
·       Excellent written, oral communication and listening skills;
·       Knowledge of domestic violence and related issues and a commitment to ending violence against women;
·       Demonstrated ability to work in high pressure, limited resource work environment
