Chrysalis hiring facilitator/intake specialist

Chrysalis, a Phoenix based organization that helps domestic violence victims, is hiring a facilitator/intake specialist to perform intake interviews and assessments of offenders referred to the Chrysalis Program for Domestic Violence Offenders. This person will facilitate group meetings following the Chrysalis Domestic Violence Offenders Curriculum, attend and participate in weekly and monthly case staff meetings, and coordinate services with other community agencies on behalf of assigned clients. Will provide monthly reports as required by Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and Chrysalis internal reporting system and refer individuals unsuitable for Chrysalis Domestic Violence Offenders Program to an appropriate resource.

A Master's degree in counseling or related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health related field plus two years’ experience at a minimum. Must have knowledge of domestic violence and related issues, knowledge of community resources, and experience in group facilitation and case evaluation/assessment. Must demonstrate ability to maintain professional relationship with clients, function well in crisis situation and maintain working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, clients and community agencies.
